RODS C250 Soluble Cutting Oil is a high performance, chlorine free biostatic water based coolant which incorporates a small proportion of mineral oil which assists its already high lubricity. This makes it suitable for virtually all machines where the use of a long life hard working product is desirable.

Appearance

C250 is an odourless blue concentrate which mixes easily with water to form a translucent blue emulsion.

Metals

C250 is suitable for all metals including stainless steel up to medium tensile strength. It is particularly valuable for use on cast iron where its high lubricity overcomes the dry stickiness of the swarf.

Dilution

C250 may be diluted with water between the ratios of 10:1 to 30:1.

Health and Safety

C250 is both phenol and nitrite free.
